- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 17, 2019, by Mark SholanderI went there yesterday evening and was waited on right away by Jimmy. My Fire 6 was acting very strangely and he knew IMMEDIATELY what was wrong. It took him several tries to override the voice accessibility feature that had been activated because every device has a different protocol! Jimmy finally got the Fire working normally. He then noticed that I had begun using an Apple plug for the charger which was causing the device to go haywire!! (Go figure. Aren't all USBs the same?) YEA Jimmy!
