  I would never ever visit Fairoaks body shop...I am severly dissappointed by their service...So not helpful,associates are extremely rude ,not friendly atall.My last visit was on 17th december 21012 and probably thelast one.They are always outa stock.There is a male associate i'm not too sure about his name but i think its John,extrememely rude..OH my God i asked him to excuse me beacuse i wanted to get some shampoo and he was filling stock in that area,HE completely refused to move saying that i have to do work here .SERIOUSLy.Plus they never gave me any points everrrrrr though i'v spend like almost 100 dollars there .They should go get some training from Bath and body works which is same kinda store with allot better service and products....I loved body shop,but these associate made me hate it .Never gonna shop there ever...
