  So my sister and I went into the store because she wanted to exchange something she order online. We found other things that we wanted to get so we got in line and waited for our turn. My sister explained that she wanted to exchange the pants and the lady asked for the Receipt , so my sister pulled out her phone to look for her order number because when she order everything online the box didn’t come with a receipt in it . She found it to show the lady, and the lady was saying that those weren’t the pants in that order (which it was). I guess the lady was just so annoyed that she told us “she didn’t have time for this, she didn’t want to deal with it and she had a long line” ( even tho the registers had other employees on them) so she did a no receipt return which was okay, but we’ve always shopped at this forever 21 and never had someone tell us they don’t have time for us and they couldn’t deal with us! Also finding out this is the store manager telling us this. She was really really rude. We weren’t happy with our experience today.
