  This was my first renovation experience. We had to renovate one existing bathroom and add a new smaller bathroom in our townhouse. This job required the contractor to add rough in for new bath, move pipes for fire sprinklers, move wall, new walls, new doors framing, tiles, new ducts etc. Despite some initial delays Flooring America did a phenomenal job. - We got quotes from 4 other Angie's list A rated contractors. FA was by far the best value. - Briton, Jessica and Carlos were the project managers, designer and contractor respectively. They were very professional and nice to work with. - The workers were very profession, they padded the floors, used dust screens/tarps to cordon off the construction ares. - We specified in the contract that we would be buying the accessories, tiles, faucets, vanities etc. All communication was done via email, FA would confirm every purchase before I put in the order. - We are very happy with our new bathroom and will work in FA again!
