I purchased a suite last Friday and after going home I tried it on and didnt like how it fit and my wife also didnt like the design, so I decided to take it back, this is 2 days later. I go there and this black lady that was working in the men suite department came to help me, she did everything except helping me. Her attitude was terrible, her customer service was terrible and the whole time I was thinking is this really happening. This is my first and last experience with this store and brand. Anyway, the reason she didn't want to take the product is because n her opinion the item looked used, let me remind you, this is 2 days later and I tried the item at home. She said that she needs to get her manager. There comes the manager, a big black guy named Rick, he looks at it and starts huffing and puffing that the item looks used, I said yes, I had to try the item. You expect me to not wear it and try it? Anyway, he agrees to take it back (I have the receipts, the item has all the tags), he said he needs my full information to keep in store so they knows that he has explained to me that I am not to pt the item on and try it at home because it looks used, I just wanted to return the item so I agreed to provide my information. All of the sudden, the black lady shows him the receipts and points, I believe to the store where I purchased this item which is at a different location and all of sudden Rick says "Nahhhhhh", I will not take this item back, you gotta take it back from the same store where you bought it. I am standing there and thinking what just happened, I was happen to be at that mall and I purchased an item (we've all done it, you are at the mall, you purchase something, if you dont like it, you return it to the closest location of that store to your house). I asked for the lady behind the counter and Rick's name, he says you dont need her name, you only need mine and it's Rick. Lord and Taylor need to train these people well and not just hire any "manager" off the road to interact with customers with that attitude. They both looked like they didnt want to be there. Just wanted to share my story about this brand and this store, so you are aware.
