  Worst mattress store I've ever been to. Didn't answer any questions, went around anything I asked. Refused to discuss price, marketing showed one price thing , he was pitching something totally different and refused to acknowledge marketing. Super pushy , rude and awkward

  I wish there was less then one star or negative I would give them that. Worst customer service ever, there customer service is good in their locations until they get your money once you paid and you receive the item. there will be no help at all.. and once you signed the papers no return no help nothing at all and I'll post some pictures you guys look at these photos and tell me about there set up. a donkey can set up a bed better then this, if anyone trying to buy Mattress from these people think 1000 time first then buy it not recommended at all. They did damaged to my bed and I couldn't sleep for couple nights on that bed because the way they did set up the mattress on adjustable base it wasn't save at all then I asked to remove the adjustable base and they said they can't so I hired a few guys to come and set up my bed. worst experience with Mattress Warehouse Please don't buy anything from them they are rip off.. worst customer service ever, worst ever.....

  I had a great experience working with Yassif at Mattress Warehouse. I was in the market for bunk bed mattresses for my kids. I thought that Memory Foam was the way to go at first, but stopped by this mattress location for a more thorough review. I received a thorough education on the subject from Yassif who was very attentive and thorough. He went above and beyond to assist me find a better alternative than what I had selected and went up to bat for me when he spoke with his management to get me a good price. If you have a moment, don't hesitate to stop by and have Yassif walk you through the process of finding the best bed for you!

  Don't use their delivery!!! My mom ordered a bed frame September 10 and they said it would be delivered by September 13, before we went to France. It's now October 27 and they gave us today with a window between 1130-230. I cancelled work so I could wait for this stupid frame. They gave the "we'll be there in 15 minutes" call, at around 11. It's now 4pm and they never showed. When I called the store around 130, the guy said we were number 10 and they were on number 7 and that I shouldn't call yet because they have up until 230. I called again at 350 and he said they were there. I have not left the house so I could receive this delivery. I didn't hear any ring or knock or see anyone come up our driveway. He never even apologized! I'm usually very patient and understanding but I haven't been able to do anything but wait around for this to show up
