  My boyfriend bought me a ring from this store several months ago & they let us know that we would get free cleaning for a lifetime with the purchase. We have been back a few times at other pandoras to get the ring cleaned & it has never taken more than a couple minutes. Today we went into this pandora & there were several employees standing around & we approached 2 ladies asking for them to clean it for us. They proceeded to focus on a stack of papers ignoring us & ask us if we were still shopping. After waiting over 5 minutes they ask for email & name for no apparent reason. Later, they finally tell us that they could clean the ring in 20 minutes even though neither of the ladies were busy with any customers. The shorter, blonde lady treated us disrespectfully solely because we were not there to buy anything even though we just wanted a quick cleaning. This is the only pandora that we've been to with horrible customer service.
