  The associates openly complain about guests so that you can hear them from 15 feet away. I watched the manager stand at a register, leaning against the counter and starting into space. When she saw me looking at her she looked right at me then slowly got up and wandered away. There were four people behind me in line and we had all been waiting for a long time. I feel sorry for the other women that were working with her that day.

  Totally rude and unprofessional. The customer service was unexpected. I went to try on cloths and the women didn’t want to touch any of my stuff told me put the hangers on the rack to make sure i wasn’t stealing when she can clearly see i have 4 hangers with jeans in my hand. My wife went to the jewelry section and it took her 20 minutes to get someone to help her. The lady was so rude and was throwing jewelry on the table and was totally impatient with helping her look at jewelry. Never going to this ROSS again.
