  I have been in retail for 29 years. I was in your store in Fairfax Corner Va. today and I was blown away by how poorly I was treated. There were three sales associates in the store and in the half our I was in there not one of them offered me assistance. The other customers were offered water and to have their clothes put in a fitting room. Not one associate offered to help me in any way. Did I not look rich enough to be able to shop there? The associate with the blond hair and the foot tattoo was the worst. Three different times I was cornered and she was the one blocking me in. I said "excuse me" a couple times but she didnt move. She was busy with another customer. I tried on the clothes I had picked out. I really liked all of them. But, then I realized, I didnt want to give that store my hard earned money. Its a shame. My friend shops through your catalog and gets really beautiful pieces. I thought I had found a new great place to shop. I wont be going in again and I certainly wont be telling my friends and family about you. You just lost a lot of business.
