  At first, I read the reviews and was hesitant to even go to the Sunglass Hut in Fair Oaks because of the poor customer service mentioned in reviews. However, I did have a great experience and the sales associates took great care of me. I've never wrote a review before, but Zahraa, an employee of Sunglass Hut, was so great I felt like she deserved a 5 star rating. I went in there and bought a pair of Versace sunglasses that were a bit crooked. She allowed me to return or exchange, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Since the shades had a complex frame, it was difficult to straighten. Zahraa called multiple locations and called Macy's to ensure I received my shades on the same day. She actually found a pair for me at Macy's and went and brought them to me. I really appreciated the time she took! :)
