  Don’t waste your time coming here. We went in to ask a few questions about upgrading our lines, Nelson rep there did not look like he wanted to help us. He was very rude in the way he talked to us as if we didn’t understand. We also spoke with Craig who again was in no mood of talking and disrespected us. We asked if a fee could be charged and then refunded back to us on our bill and he rudely stated “it doesn’t matter if you’ve been with us for 12 years or just 2 min”. You can’t just say that to someone, there’s other ways to do so politely. We have been with T-Mobile for 12 years and it sad to see that they can’t hire competent people to talk to their customers.
