  I came to the store right before New Years and went to have my ring cleaned and the woman cleaning my ring bent the band. She offered to have it fixed for me and told me it should be back by the next Tuesday. It has been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls and nothing has happened. They have told me they call the jewelers and it should be there in two days. I give them an extra day or two but it doesn't happen. I am very upset by this situation and just want my ring back. I am never getting another item from this store or Zales in general because of this experience.
